To come up with a proper waste management and disposal system, we have to look up to the Federal Government. At the local level, we have made a quantum improvement by privatizing our system. At present 80 % of Walton Cantonment sanitation system stands privatized and some of the privatized areas do present a fairly pleasant spectacle from the sanitation angle.
